The CONNEX 3D™ is FLO-CORP's patent-pending cellular process monitor — the industry's first to communicate to field and host devices via RS-485 while transmitting wirelessly through cellular data to a cloud-based server. From tank farms to remote pump stations, the CONNEX 3D puts live process data on any internet-connected device, with no third-party web portals or expensive monthly monitoring fees.
The system accepts standard analog inputs (4–20mA) or RS-485 Modbus inputs and connects to a full ecosystem of CONNEX 3D modules — including display, relay expansion, data logger, Ethernet, and cellular. All units are pre-engineered, pre-wired, and pre-configured at the factory to your specifications, ensuring fast installation and minimal setup.
A built-in data logger stores up to 32,000 samples for field retrieval or single-upload cellular transmission — so even when connectivity is lost, your measurement data isn't. The CONNEX 3D online portal lets you filter tanks by product, check network and battery status, view inventory history, manage alarm information, and add users across your organisation. Alarms are delivered via SMS and email using pre-programmed setpoints. An optional bright 6-digit LED display is available for field or panel mounting.
Available in DIN rail mount, stand-alone, or NEMA 4X enclosure configurations. Two cellular module options are offered: CD3D-ATT for AT&T and T-Mobile networks, and CD3D-EV3 for Verizon and Sprint networks.
